The board that oversees the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.polb.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Port of Long Beach<\/a> and the city\u2019s Harbor Department <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.polb.com\/port-info\/news-and-press\/olvera-joins-long-beach-harbor-commission-06-23-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\">welcomed the newest member<\/a>, Bobby Olvera Jr., a fifth-generation dock worker and union leader. Long Beach Harbor Commissioner Tracy J. Egoscue has announced <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.polb.com\/port-info\/news-and-press\/long-beach-harbor-commissioner-to-leave-board-06-19-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\">she will not seek reappointment<\/a> when her term expires June 30. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ncports.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The North Carolina State Ports Authority\u2019s<\/a> leader, Paul J. Cozza, is <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ncports.com\/about-the-ports\/news\/nc-ports-executive-director-retiring\/\" target=\"_blank\">retiring from his post as executive director<\/a>. Cozza will continue to serve in his role through December 31. As the Board of Directors announced Cozza\u2019s retirement, the 11-member board also named Brian E. Clark as the new executive director. Clark currently serves as the chief operating officer and deputy executive director. Barb Wilson joins the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.portseattle.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Port of Seattle<\/a> as the chief of staff for its <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.portseattle.org\/news\/barb-wilson-hired-port-seattle-commission-chief-staff\" target=\"_blank\">five-member elected body<\/a>, the Port of Seattle Commission.
