In the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure\u2019s reconciliation draft, offshore wind is listed as one of several priorities for the Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP).\u00a0AAPA has partnered with other associations in the maritime and offshore wind industry in a\u00a0<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aapa.cms-plus.com\/files\/PIDP%20Offshore%20Wind%20Letter%20Congress%20Final.pdf\">letter sent to Congressional Leadership<\/a><\/span>\u00a0advocating for $2.5 billion for PIDP. The letter to Congressional Leadership was also sent to the White House and U.S. Department of Transportation staff. AAPA encourages member\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/aapa.cms-plus.com\/files\/PIDP%20Offshore%20Wind%20Letter%20Congress%20Final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">ports to send this letter to their Congressional Delegation<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and urge that $2.5 billion for PIDP must stay in the bill.
