Each year, AAPA&#8217;s Lighthouse Awards recognize port programs and projects that serve as a beacon of excellence throughout the Western Hemisphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visit the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aapa-ports.org\/unifying\/content.aspx?ItemNumber=22754&amp;RDtoken=57144&amp;userID=81776\" target=\"_blank\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Lighthouse Awards Program webpage<\/mark><\/a>&nbsp;for links to information about each category, winning entries from previous years for review and download, and steps for submitting entry materials online. Don&#8217;t forget to download the PowerPoint slide template that must be completed for each entry submitted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winning entries from this year\u2019s competition will be announced in August, and individual awards will be mailed shortly after that. Winners who email back a photo showcasing their award(s) will be featured in an audio\/visual presentation during AAPA\u2019s&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aapaorlando2022.org\/\" target=\"_blank\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">2022 Annual Convention and Expo<\/mark><\/a>, which takes place October 16-19 in Orlando, Fla.
