The updated NOFO reflects the $234 million appropriated for FY2022, which Congress passed in March under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, allocating over $234 million from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) for PIDP in FY2022. This was appropriated in addition to the previous NOFO for $450 million from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
