The legislation, Anderson explains, \u201cis a lifeline for our nation\u2019s economic and infrastructure progress.\u201d Anderson\u2019s testimony highlights the importance of WRDA to the entire country and encourages Congress to maintain a bipartisan tradition of WRDA bills on a two-year cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hearing comes as Congress resumes its work on FY 2024 WRDA legislation.
