AAPA Seaports
AAPA’s annual Commissioners Seminar in San Diego, Calif. attracted more than 100 governing board members of ports, their commissioners and those involved in management and leadership from across the industry. Timely advice from industry experts was presented through topics ranging from the global economy and trade, growth and new opportunities, alternative and renewable fuels, sustainability and infrastructure investment, workforce development and recruitment, and more.
AAPA’s Vice President of Government Relations and General Counsel Cary Davis was a featured presenter who spoke broadly on the forecasts for federal legislation that could affect ports in the upcoming year. The seminar culminated with a waterside tour of San Diego Bay.
