JAXPORT’s FTZ continues to grow during COVID-19.

The Jacksonville Port Authority’s (JAXPORT’s) Foreign Trade Zone No. 64, Florida’s largest FTZ by area, continues to grow as businesses adjust to supply chain changes during COVID-19. The FTZ’s expansion is due in large part to fast application turnaround times by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Port of Jacksonville and the FTZ Board in Washington, D.C.

Georgia Ports Authority’s Mason Mega Rail project, in the works for more than four years and designed to expand service to the Southeast and Midwestern U.S., has passed a major milestone. GPA has put into operation the first nine of 18 new working tracks, with its first two rail-mounted gantry cranes to be commissioned in June.
