IMO ‘Single Window’ Rule, U.S. Ports Already in Compliance

The International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) Maritime Single Window (MSW) mandate became effective as of January 1, 2024. Shortly after the mandate was adopted, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) affirmed that their existing Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system complies with the MSW mandate. Read AAPA’s full advocacy update.
